• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and is not subject to a certificate.
• If you have made an appointment but do not come at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 4 hours in advance, or are late for more than 10 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the appointment is considered completed.
