ADDITIONAL TERMS

- The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
- If a client has made an appointment but does not show up at the specified time and does not notify about the change of plans 12 hours in advance or is late by more than 15 minutes, the center reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the procedure is considered completed.
- The consultation lasts 30-45 minutes, therapeutic traction lasts 30-45 minutes (depending on the patient’s condition) and massage lasts 20 minutes.
- The consultation and all sessions after it must be done daily and without days off. Missed consultations and sessions are compensated only if the course is continued.
- The results of the examination are given to you in person.
- The procedure is performed by a massage therapist with a higher medical education and at least 2 years of experience (male or female).
