The master class is conducted by a resident of the International Culinary School DGF ICS Pastry Chef Hyatt Regency Kyiv 5* Ukraine Sima Fomina, pastry chef, trained at the famous Parisian Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil in the direction of pastry art. Chef Sima Fomina:
- Interned with the best pastry chef of France MOF 2007 Arnaud Larher.
- Has extensive experience assisting the best French and Ukrainian chefs.
- She was the head pastry chef at Christophe Adam's famous pastry shop, L'Eclair de Génie/Georgia in Georgia.
- Currently works as a pastry chef at Hyatt Regency Kyiv.
