- One coupon is valid for one visit for one or two. If there are more of you, you need to purchase the corresponding number of coupons.
- Before buying a coupon, be sure to check the availability for the desired date and time.
- For children under 12 years old, admission to the tour is free.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- To receive the discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
- Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the coupon is non-refundable.
- If you signed up for a tour, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 2 hours in advance, and were also more than 5 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the tour is considered passed, or reduced for the time of delay (guests join the tour during it).
- Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
