• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• One customer can personally use only one coupon.

• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• The last digit of the coupon (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the coupon is not refundable.
• If you have signed up for a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are more than 20 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the session is considered completed.
• The service is provided by a doctor with more than 16 years of experience.
