IMPORTANT TERMS

• The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered a person who has not visited the studio for more than 2 years or has never visited).
• The offer is valid for clients over 18 years of age.
• The promotion is valid for clients with a beginner or intermediate level of language proficiency.
• Classes are conducted online.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a class, but did not show up at the specified time and did not give 24 hours notice to cancel your visit, or were more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the class is considered completed.
• Classes missed without a good reason are not compensated or made up.
• The duration of 1 lesson is 60 minutes.
