What is included in the price of the certificate?

- Breakfasts for every holidaymaker.

NECESSARILY
- The tourist tax is paid at the hotel before temporary accommodation for the entire period of stay in the amount of 13.40 UAH per person for each day of stay (except for persons specified in Article 268.2.2, who are not payers of the tourist tax if they have supporting documents).
AT WILL
- Additional accommodation: accommodation for one child under 2 years old is free of charge without an extra bed and with breakfasts, accommodation for one child from 2 to 6 years old is free of charge without an extra bed and without breakfast. The cost of a buffet breakfast is 250 UAH.
- An extra bed for a child over 6 years old and adults - 500 UAH per day with a buffet breakfast.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability. The cost of early check-in is 400 UAH, late check-out before 17:00 is 500 UAH, and after 17:00 is 900 UAH.
How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

- After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number without the last digit by email.
- Please provide the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- It is possible to combine certificates (it is necessary to sum up the nights).
- Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
- The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone, specified in the promotion, no later than 5 days before the arrival date.
