The technique of techniques and the psychology of self-defense are two sides of the same coin. The technique of techniques is aimed at physically influencing the attacker, his physical impression with techniques, disarming, detaining.
Techniques of psychological self-defense are aimed mainly at identifying danger and avoiding a collision, gaining time and restoring self-control, and, if possible, establishing a normal course of interaction with the aggressor.

Class schedule
- Self-defense for women: Tuesday, Thursday – 16:80-18:00.
- Self-defense for men: Tuesday, Thursday – 18:00–19:30.
- Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
