• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the facility is equipped with an autonomous energy source.

• One client can personally use only one certificate.

• A passport or other proof of identity is required when visiting.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for the procedure, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn about the change in his plans 24 hours before the appointed time or was late for more than 15 minutes, the salon reserves the right to refuse to provide him with services (in this case, the session is considered completed ) or provides a service within the time that the client has left (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time for which he was late).
