ADDITIONAL TERMS

In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
The certificate can be returned without penalty if you cancel the reservation by phone no later than 15 days before the arrival date. If you cancel the reservation less than 15 days before the arrival date, a penalty in the amount of the first two nights of the reservation is waived.
