IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- During an air raid, the space continues to operate, but staying in the premises is solely at the personal risk of visitors.
- A child may leave the play area only with the written consent of the parents.
- Children can stay in the space independently (if they can play on their own) or under the supervision of their parents. The administrator only ensures that the children do not leave the space.
- Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
- The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
- If you have signed up for a session but do not arrive at the specified time and do not notify about the change of your plans 24 hours in advance, or are late for more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the session is considered completed.
- Adults and children must wear socks (barefoot entry is prohibited).

- It is prohibited to bring dangerous objects (flammable, sharp, cutting and others) that may pose a threat to visitors or damage game property.
- The administration reserves the right to take photos and videos for use in social networks. If the visitor does not give consent, please notify us in advance.
- Parents are responsible for any intentional damage to the property of the playroom and compensation for material damage.
- Taking toys outside the establishment is prohibited - all toys are part of one space team and will be upset if separated from their friends.
- Visitors must leave their outerwear and shoes in a designated area.
- Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
