• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you made an appointment, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 2 hours in advance, and were also more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
