• If you booked a gazebo, but did not show up at the specified time and did not give 24 hours notice to cancel your visit, and were more than 60 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services, and the certificate is considered used.
• The gazebo is designed for a company of up to 10 people. There are large gazebos on the territory for a group of up to 20 people; if you need a larger one, you need to purchase 2 coupons with additional payments.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
