IMPORTANT TERMS

• One client can personally use only one coupon.
• Bicycles are issued against a mandatory deposit.
• Before purchasing a coupon, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time and indicate that you want to use the discount coupon.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the coupon code (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the coupon cannot be returned.
• The company reserves the right to refuse to rent a bicycle if: there are doubts about the authenticity of the documents, for persons under 18 years of age, or for obvious signs of alcohol or drug intoxication.
• Many rental points have bicycle equipment for children.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
