• If you made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about canceling the visit 2 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
• The duration of the consultation is 45 minutes.
