IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid only for new clients between the ages of 7 and 70 who have not previously attended a consultation at the center.
• One customer can use the promotion only once.
• Children must attend treatment sessions only when accompanied by an adult.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before buying a certificate, be sure to check the availability of places for the desired date and time. The certificate activation code must be reported during registration.
• The network of spine centers operates under a license to conduct medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

• The discount on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers of the center.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in printed or electronic form.
• If you made an appointment, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, as well as if you were more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the appointment is considered completed.
• The duration of the consultation is 30-45 minutes, therapeutic stretching is 30-45 minutes (depending on the patient's condition), and massage is 20 minutes.
• The consultation, as well as all sessions after it, must be held every day and without days off. Missed consultations and sessions are compensated only if the course is continued.
