IMPORTANT TERMS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for the desired date and time.
• The hotel prohibits the use of confetti, glitter, feathers, glitter, liquid substances, candles and open fire in the rooms (fine - 1000 UAH for room cleaning).
• The hotel is not responsible for lost items.
• If the client loses the room key, compensation in the amount of 100 UAH is paid.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms (the fine for smoking is 1000 UAH).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• State the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for a session, but did not come at the specified time and did not notify about changing your plans 24 hours in advance, and were also more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.
• Filming schedule is from 14:00 to 22:00.
• Filming with animals is possible with prior agreement with the administrator and a deposit of 1000 UAH and under proper conditions (sufficient diapers, water bowl is not located on the carpet).
• After shooting, the number must be returned in its original form.
