Service description
Crossfit is a set of high-intensity exercises performed one after another in sets with maximum impact. The exercises will not be new to you, since almost all of them are taken from other sports - weightlifting and athletics, running, fitness. The main goal of CrossFit is to develop a person’s functional qualities, that is, strength, speed, endurance, sharpness, coordination and others. This is achieved through exhausting series of exercises. Classes are held under the constant supervision of a trainer, who distributes tasks according to the physical fitness of each student.
