- In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be returned.
- The certificate can be returned without penalty if you cancel your reservation by calling the phone number specified in the promotion no later than 15 days before your arrival date.
- If canceled less than 15 days before arrival, a penalty equal to the first two nights of the reservation will be charged.
