The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

DELIVERY BY NOVA POSTA SERVICE
- Always remove and inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier or transport manager. Check the cargo for mechanical and external damage. Please ensure that damage is visible on both the package/box and the product itself.
- To receive compensation from the transport company for damaged cargo, ask the manager of the transport company to issue an acceptance certificate for the damaged cargo. The document must describe all damage.
- After filling out the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of Damage to Cargo, leave the parcel at the branch of the transport company. Next, contact Starbooks and report the situation to reprint the order or refund its cost in case of prepayment.
- In case of failure to comply with at least one item of this list, the delivery service has the right not to compensate for losses. Accordingly, reprinting of the entire order will be at the customer's expense.
- Please review the Starbooks Satisfaction Guarantee if your order contains a manufacturing defect.
- Please note that parcels are stored at the Nova Poshta office for only 5 days. On the sixth day, the package is returned back to Starbooks. Resending is paid by the customer.
