Starbook Opti is a premium quality 24-page hardcover photo book that can be decorated with your own photo or a colorful background of your choice. Finnish coated paper 200 g/m2 and endpapers made of Munken Polar designer cardboard.

Delivery by Nova Poshta service
- Always remove and check the cargo in the presence of the courier or transport service manager. Check the cargo for mechanical and external damage. Make sure that the damage is visible both on the package/box and on the product itself.
- In order to receive compensation from the transport company for damaged cargo, ask the manager of the transport company to draw up the Deed of receipt and transfer of damaged cargo. All damages must be described in the document.
- After filling out the Act of receipt and transfer of cargo damage, leave the parcel at the branch of the transport company. Next, contact Starbooks and inform them of the situation in order to reprint the order or refund its cost in the case of prepayment.
- In case of non-compliance with at least one item of this list, the delivery service has the right not to compensate for damages. Accordingly, reprinting of the entire order will be at the expense of the client.
- Check out the Starbooks Quality Guarantee if a manufacturing defect is found in your order.
- Please note that parcels are stored at the New Post branch for only 5 days. On the sixth day, the package is returned to Starbooks. Re-shipment is paid by the customer.
