What is included in the price of the certificate?
- Accommodation for two, three or four in a room of the selected category.
- Buffet breakfast for every holidaymaker.
Unlimited visits to the new modern SPA center with an area of 500 sq. m. for each vacationer (working hours from 10:00-21:00). Entrance to the SPA center only in rubber slippers:
- 4 saunas (infrared, hammam, dry, steam room).
- Salt room.
- Swimming pool 20 meters long with sea water.
- Children's pool.
- Multifunctional shower.
- Spa towels are provided free of charge to hotel guests.

- One-day visit to the SPA center for adults - 800 UAH; for children under 6 years old - free; for children from 6 to 12 years old - with a 50% discount on the cost of an adult subscription.
- Rubber slippers and swimsuits can be purchased on site.
- Additional accommodation: accommodation for one child under 5 years old is free without the provision of an additional bed.
- Additional bed for each additional child of any age and for adults - 700 UAH per day with two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) and unlimited access to the SPA.

RULES FOR VISITING THE KASIMIR SPA COMPLEX
- Opening hours for the swimming pool, hammam and baths: daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (please check at the reception in advance).
- The right to visit the SPA center can be obtained at the reception after appropriate registration and receipt of the appropriate bracelet for entry.
- After registration you will receive a towel at the reception.
- You will receive the key to the locker upon entering the SPA complex.
- Visiting the SPA complex is permitted only in rubber slippers and swimsuits.
- The visitor is responsible for his own health and independently informs that there are no contraindications for visiting swimming pools and saunas.
- Before visiting the pools, you must take a shower and also refrain from using creams, ointments, perfumes and other cosmetics.
- It is prohibited to use aromatic oils and scrubs in baths and saunas.
- If you feel dizzy, you should immediately call for help.
- The following is prohibited in the SPA complex:
- Be drunk, under the influence of narcotic, psychotropic substances, or illegal medications.
- Make noise, communicate loudly.
- Relieve yourself in the pool.
- Bring with you food, drinks, weapons, explosive, flammable, toxic substances, as well as piercing and cutting objects.
- Bring pets onto the premises.
- Smoking in places not intended for this.
- In the pools:
- Hold a person under water, jump and dive into the water from the sides of pools, and also eat.
- Stay in the pool with open wounds, infectious, skin and other types of diseases, as well as with medical bandages and adhesive plasters.
- Swim with your hair down.
- Throwing foreign objects into the water, leaving equipment in the pools.
- The administration of the SPA complex is not responsible for:
- For injuries, damage, material and moral harm that were caused to the guest as a result of his failure to comply with these rules or generally accepted safety standards.
- For guests' belongings left unattended.
- Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult.
- The adults accompanying them are responsible for the life and health of children on the territory of the complex.
- Guests are responsible for damage to the property of the SPA complex, as well as for causing moral damage to other visitors and staff.
- The administration reserves the right to refuse entry to the SPA complex to guests who violate public order and generally accepted norms of behavior, without refund.
