• If you made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about canceling the visit 12 hours in advance, or were more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide discounted services and the session is considered completed.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
