The lesson is divided into 3 parts. The first part is pranayama - breathing exercises. This is necessary in order to tune in to the practice, calm the nervous system and saturate our body with oxygen. The second part is the largest, it includes asanas directly. It can be both power dynamic sets of exercises, and more static calm ones. There are practices for the whole body at once, there are practices to which we pay more attention to a certain part of the body. And the last part of the class is shavasana, a kind of meditation. This pose is used for post-workout relaxation and recovery.
