ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If the client signed up for a session, but did not appear at the specified time and did not warn of a change in his plans 24 hours in advance or was late for 15 minutes, the clinic reserves the right to refuse to provide services to him (in this case, the session is considered completed) or provides a service in within the time that the client has (the session time is reduced in proportion to the time for which he was late).
