IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Before purchasing a certificate, pre-book the date of arrival and the room you are interested in to make sure they are available.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm the reservation by phone and send an e-mail to hotel@maristella.com.ua full name and number of the certificate.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only at the time of check-in. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Upon check-in, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday, at the request of the guests, the funds for the unused day are not returned.
