How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- On holidays 1.09 and 2.09 the weekend rate applies in the children's park.
- An appointment is not required to visit the park.
- The certificate is not valid for bookings and/or birthday parties in the birthday rooms.
- To visit the park on public holidays, you must purchase a weekend ticket.

Conditions of entry for military personnel (Fun Park)
- For military personnel who have completed military service since 2014 and have a UBD certificate or are currently performing military duty in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, TRO, NGU have the right to 50% discount entry to the complex from Monday to Friday, provided they present their confirming documents (military ID card, ID card), as well as 50% discount entry for military personnel who have been disabled as a result of the war since 2014, on condition of presentation of supporting documents. Children under the age of 16 whose military parents have died, are in captivity, or are missing since 2014 are admitted 50% discount on presentation of the child's birth certificate and a document confirming the person's status: notice of capture, missing person, death: the death is connected with the performance of military service duties in defense of the Motherland. If a serviceman refuses to provide documents (ZSU, TRO, NGU, UBD) for photo reporting, then in this case confirmation of the administrator of the set of provided documents is required. (photo report*, where the document number, date of issue and number of the military unit will be indicated).
