The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The time of the photo session and additional conditions are negotiated in advance by phone.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a photo session, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about a change in your plans 24 hours in advance or were more than 10 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount (in this case, the photo session is considered passed) or provides the service within the time remaining with the client (the time of the photo session is reduced in proportion to the time for which he was late).
• The term for receiving the finished material (processed photos and source files) is up to 14 days.
