Service description
In addition to causing pain and inflammation of the gums, causing cavities and interfering with the alignment of neighboring teeth, wisdom teeth can also cause additional problems. One of the most difficult situations with wisdom teeth is their atypical position, which requires an atypical extraction. Atypical removal differs from the usual one in that it is performed by a maxillofacial surgeon and requires more qualification from a specialist and an individual approach to treatment.
When is an atypical tooth extraction necessary?
- If, during growth, the “eight” injures an adjacent tooth or buccal mucosa.
- If the crown or roots of an impacted (not erupted) tooth rest against the roots of an adjacent one.
- If the gums are inflamed around a partially erupted tooth, especially if pus is released.
- If orthodontic treatment is planned.
- If the wisdom tooth provokes severe pain and a feeling of fullness.

- Examination and consultation of a doctor.
- X-ray shot of a tooth.
- Anesthesia for each tooth.
- Atypical removal of one, two, three or four wisdom teeth (eighth teeth) (depending on the acquired certificate).
- Suturing and their subsequent removal.
- Individual sterile surgical kit - 2 pieces (for each tooth).
