• If you booked a lane but did not show up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, the lane reservation is automatically canceled and the session is considered completed. Further service is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
