- A rapid antigen test is used as a preliminary screening examination in the first days of the disease, when the concentration of the virus in the nasopharynx is maximum. The test must be taken at the first symptoms of the disease: from 1 to 10 days from the onset of symptoms.
- The result of the analysis within 15 minutes. Testing is carried out directly at the patient.
- Biomaterial for analysis - a swab from the nasal mucosa (nasopharyngeal swab).
