How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

- Tours run on weekends only.
- One client can personally use only one certificate.

- Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering the Chernobyl zone.
- Customers can use only one certificate for one trip, it is necessary to check with the tour operator for availability before purchasing a certificate. The number of places for the promotion is limited.
- Passport is required on the day of the tour.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Certificate discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- To receive the discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
- Call the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
- If the client booked a tour, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not report the absence to the managers of the travel agency, then the certificate is considered used.
- If you have booked a tour but would like to reschedule your travel date, you must call the travel company no later than 5 working days before departure to arrange a refund.
- Travel safety: The level of exposure that can be received on a given trip is less than that of a medical x-ray and approximately equal to the radiation dose from a passenger jet flight.
- Dress code: closed clothing. Trousers, long-sleeved shirt/t-shirt and closed comfortable shoes are required. Forbidden: shorts, breeches, skirts and dresses, open shoes.
