Service description
Studies on the Hitachi Aperto 0.4T open-type apparatus provide enough information for a complete diagnosis of joints, brain and spine.
The examination procedure is more convenient than on high-field devices due to the larger air gap, lower volume of the device during operation. In addition, during the study, relatives and close people can be in the office with the patient for moral support, which is important if an MRI is performed on a child or a person with claustrophobia.
Contraindications to the MRI procedure:
- The presence of a pacemaker, insulin pump, middle ear implants.
- The presence of endoprostheses and stabilizing systems made of ferromagnetic alloys.
- The presence of vascular clips.
- The presence of foreign metal bodies (fragments, bullets).
- Vascular stents, if they do not have passports.
- Restriction on the volume of the patient's torso (abdominal circumference no more than 125 cm).
- Weight limit - 150 kg.
