• Services are provided as usual.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• With full workload, the studio reserves the right to postpone the recording, having previously agreed on the time with the client.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must submit a certificate in electronic form.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit 12 hours in advance, and also were late for more than 15 minutes, the studio reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed or shortened by time lateness.
• SPA-program is carried out by masseurs of a woman or a woman and a man (work experience from 5 to 8 years).
• Up to 2 clients can take part in the SPA program lasting 2 hours 15 minutes (subject to the purchase of a certificate for each participant). An individual masseur works with each client.
