IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The service is provided as usual.
• The service is not provided on holidays: 12.24.2021, 01-09.01.2022.
• The offer is valid only for new customers.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• If the amount of your account exceeds the face value of the certificate, you simply pay the missing amount.
• If your invoice amount is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference will not be refunded.

• The clinic operates under a license to carry out medical practice in accordance with the decisions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to submit a certificate electronically.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If you signed up for the procedure, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about the cancellation 12 hours in advance, or were more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed.
• The procedure is carried out by a dentist-therapist - a woman with 19 years of work experience, an orthopedic dentist - a woman with 20 years of work experience.
• During the procedure, materials from the «Gutta Core», «Filtek» companies are used.
