The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The customer agrees to the use and publication of the finished materials by the photographer.
• It is mandatory to pre-book the date, time of the photo studio and the agreed places (you must specify the name, contact phone number and a unique certificate code without the last digit) from 12:00 to 22:00.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• When receiving the service, you need to present the certificate in electronic form.
• If you signed up for a photo session, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about the cancellation of the visit 72 hours in advance, or were more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• The terms for obtaining the finished material (source code) - up to 7 days. The processing time for a photo is up to 1 month (the client chooses a photo for processing on his own).
