IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• Services are not provided on holidays: 12/31/2021, 01-02.01, 01/07/2022.
• The offer is valid for clients over 14 years old.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• If the invoice amount exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, you must pay the difference according to the price list.
• If the invoice amount is less than the nominal value of the certificate, the difference will not be refunded.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• Dentistry works under a license to carry out medical practice in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discount on certificates is not cumulative with other promotional offers of dentistry.
• To receive a discount, you must submit a certificate in electronic form.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the participant of the promotion signed up for the procedure, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about the change in his plans at least 12 hours in advance, or was late for more than 15 minutes, the clinic reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the certificate is considered used, or postpone the procedure at a time convenient for the doctor.
