IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.
• The health center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• The discount is not cumulative with other valid offers.
• To receive a discount, you must submit a certificate in electronic form.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client made an appointment, but did not show up at the specified time and did not warn about changing his plans 12 hours in advance, or was late for more than 10 minutes, the center reserves the right to refuse him to provide services at a discount and the procedure is considered completed.
• The duration of a consultation with a neurologist is 30 minutes, for a candidate of medical sciences - 45 minutes.
• The duration of 1 trial lesson at Evminov's dispensary is 30 minutes, all subsequent lessons (if a subscription is purchased) - from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the general condition of the patient (determined by the doctor).
