The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

• Please note that depending on the quarantine measures in the region, the partner may ask a visitor to provide a complete vaccination course COVID certificate, a digital certificate about negative coronavirus test result taken no later than 72 hours before the visit, or about recovery for the last 6 months (ask the partner about possible restrictions before purchasing a certificate). The requirements are valid for persons over 18 years old.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• Shooting is carried out in parks, on city streets, within the city limits. When shooting in the studio, the client bears the costs.
• Before buying a certificate, be sure to check the availability of seats on the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

• One customer can use an unlimited number of certificates for themselves or as a gift.
• Discounts on certificates do not add up to other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• Name the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have signed up for a photo shoot, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn about the cancellation of the visit within 24 hours, and are more than 10 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to deny you services (in this case the session is considered passed), or provides the service within the remaining time (the time of the photo shoot is reduced in proportion to the time for which the client is late).
