How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

- Clients can use only one certificate for one trip, it is necessary to check with the tour operator for availability before purchasing a certificate. The number of places for the promotion is limited.
- A passport is required on the day of the tour.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Discounts on certificates are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, you must submit a certificate in electronic form.
- Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
- If the client has booked a tour, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not inform the managers of the travel agency about the no-show, then the certificate is considered used.
- If you have booked a tour, but would like to postpone the date of the trip, you need to call the travel company no later than 5 working days before departure and agree on the return.
- Travel Safety: The level of radiation that can be received on a given trip is less than with medical x-rays and is approximately equal to the radiation dose from a passenger jet.
- Dress code: closed clothes. Pants, long sleeve shirt/T-shirt and closed-top comfortable shoes are required. Forbidden: shorts, breeches, skirts and dresses, open shoes.
