• Walks are possible any day of the week.
• Before buying a coupon, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One client can personally use an unlimited number of coupons at the rate of 1 coupon - 1 walk.
• Coupon discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present the coupon in electronic form.
• If you signed up for a walk, but did not come at the specified time and did not warn you about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services with a discount and the session is considered passed.

• The walking schedule is from 08:00 to 20:00.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
