IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• Age restriction - not less than 7 years old, weight restriction - not more than 85 kg.
• The promotion does not apply to other services of the equestrian club (hippotherapy classes, professional photo sessions, etc.).
• When using the Walk service, the instructor is obliged to check the client's riding level. If the level is insufficient, the instructor has no right to let the client go into the forest.
• In case of unfavorable weather conditions (rain, snow, thunderstorm, ice), the service is not provided.
• Before buying a coupon, be sure to check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• One customer can use an unlimited number of coupons.
• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other club discounts and promotions.
• To receive a discount, you must present an electronic coupon before providing the service.
• Duration of one lesson or ride: for a child - 30 minutes, for adults - 60 minutes.
• It is not recommended to use more than 1 coupon per day, as horse riding involves a lot of physical activity and requires good endurance.
• If your child looks younger than 7 years old, the instructor has the right to ask for a birth certificate.
• If you underestimate your weight, the instructor has the right to ask you to weigh yourself on the scale.
• An independent walk in the forest presupposes good riding skills (the ability to control a horse at a walk, trot, gallop). If the skill is not satisfactory enough for independent control of the horse in the forest and on the carriageway, then the club offers to hold a lesson on a training ground under the supervision of an instructor. In this case, the price does not change, there is no need to make an additional payment for the instructor's services.
• It is recommended to dress for the weather in comfortable clothes, long pants. The shoes are sporty and comfortable, without heels.
• By agreement, a simultaneous exercise and a walk for two people is possible.
• If you have a serious chronic illness, be sure to warn the instructor when registering.
• In the case of the acute phase of the disease, riding is prohibited.
• Persons in a state of alcoholic, drug and toxic intoxication, as well as people with a boorish attitude towards animals and staff are not allowed to classes.
• Lessons are held on a fenced training ground, a walk through a picturesque forest next to the club.
• If a client signed up for a lesson, but did not warn about the cancellation of his visit a day before or was late at the appointed time, then the club has the right to reschedule classes for another day or reduce the time of class for the time of delay.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
