ADDITIONAL TERMS

• To receive a discount, you need to submit a certificate electronically.
• Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
• If the client has booked a tour, but did not arrive at the specified time and did not inform the managers of the travel agency about the no-show, then the money will NOT be returned and the certificate cannot be used next time.
• If you have booked a tour, but would like to postpone the date of the trip, you need to call the travel company no later than 5 working days before departure and agree on the transfer of participation in the tour to another date.
• Travel Safety: The level of radiation that can be received on a given trip is less than with medical x-rays and is approximately equal to the radiation dose from a passenger jet.
