• Services are provided as usual.

• Name the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only at the time of check-in. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.

• From 23:00 to 07:00 at the hotel "quiet hour", the administration asks not to turn on loud TVs in the rooms.
• In case of violation of the rules, an early eviction is made. Funds for the paid period are not refundable.
