Delivery service «New Mail»
- Always unpack and check your shipment in the presence of a courier or transport manager. Check the load for mechanical and external damage. Make sure that damage is visible both on the package/box and on the product itself.
- In order to receive compensation from the transport company for the damaged cargo, ask the manager of the transport company to issue an «Acceptance and acceptance certificate for cargo damage». The document must describe all damages and indicate that the parcel was sent with the note «Safely! Cry!».
- After filling in the «Certificate of acceptance and transfer of damage to cargo», leave the parcel at the office of the transport company. Then contact «Starbooks» and inform us about the current situation for reprinting the order or refunding its cost in case of prepayment.
- In case of non-compliance with at least one item of this list, the delivery service has the right not to compensate for damage. Accordingly, the reprint of the entire order will be at the expense of the client.
- Read the «Quality Guarantee» «STARBOOKS» in case of a manufacturing defect in the order.
- Please note that parcels are stored at the "New mail" department for only 5 days. On the sixth day, the parcel is returned back to STARBOOKS. Re-shipment is paid by the client.
