The price includes payment for information services provided by Покупон on the basis of the Public Offer, including the commission of payment systems for transactions on the Internet.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• The coupon discount applies to a company of up to 6 people (inclusive).
• The cost of the additional payment for the promotion includes the boarding and disembarking fees for guests at the yacht club.
• Advance booking is required (at least 1 day in advance). The time and day of the walk is agreed individually with the client.
• After purchasing the coupon, you must confirm the preliminary booking by phone or Viber, giving your full name and coupon number without the last digit.
• The place of start and finish is Kiev City Cruising Yacht Club.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

• Coupon discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you need to present an electronic coupon.
• Give the last digit of the coupon (activation code) only when you receive the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the coupon is non-refundable.
• The transfer or cancellation of a previously booked walk is possible no later than 5 days before the agreed start time of the walk.
• If the client has booked a yacht, confirmed the booking, but did not show up at the agreed time and did not warn about the transfer or cancellation in advance, the yacht captain reserves the right to refuse to provide the service with a discount, and the coupon is considered used.
• All questions regarding the reservation of the date and time of the walk, possible routes, can be asked by phone.
• Children from 10 years old can take part in the walk.
• Animals are not allowed on board.
• For a walk, you must come in sports shoes without heels.
• The direction of the walk is at the request of the client.
• Due to the height of the mast, the yacht cannot rise to the mouth of the Desna River and to Velikiy Island.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
