The procedure is performed only on completely healthy teeth and gums. If there are foci of caries or any inflammation, they must be eliminated. Tartar or plaque complicates the whitening process. The doctor determines the sequence of procedures at the initial consultation. If a professional cleaning is indicated, then after it the teeth whitening process begins directly with the help of the innovative hardware technique «Beyond Polus».
The skin around the mouth and lips are closed with special pads, and the gums are covered with a special compound. This composition does not allow active components to pass to them. Eyes are protected with tinted glasses. The dentist applies a special brightening gel to the teeth. After that, with the help of a special lamp, the oxidizers included in its composition are activated. This process most often takes about 30-45 minutes.
