Krav Maga Lviv is an Israeli self-defense system that uses human reflex actions in the event of a threat.
With the help of the training system in this organization you can solve real problems, from dangerous attacks and threats, all sorts of seizures and strangulation, from attacks and threats with weapons, including sticks, knives, firearms, as well as countering several enemies. Initially, this organization was developed for the needs of the Israeli army, later the system was adapted to real street situations. Techniques at Krav Maga Lviv focus on maximum effectiveness in conditions of physical or psychological violence.

Here you have the opportunity to acquire skills in an excellent way of self-defense. The training program is a comprehensive understanding of self-defense, in addition to the techniques and techniques of combat, there is also psychological training, an explanation of how not to become a "victim" and the peculiarities of our legislation in self-defense.

Group training for adults:

• During training you will learn how to behave in street conflict situations, learn really effective techniques of self-defense, gain good physical shape and self-confidence.

Workouts are divided into 2 blocks, directly related to each other:

• Techniques and tactics of combat - everyone who is engaged will know and be able to: types of threats and how to respond to this threat, an arsenal of simple and most effective techniques that work in a stressful situation.
• Training methods: the greatest attention is paid to the maximum development of the two most important elements: psychological readiness and explosive action.
