The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Services are provided as usual.
• After purchasing the certificate, you must confirm your reservation by calling and sending an activation code (the last digit of the certificate), the full certificate number and full name to the hotel representatives by e-mail.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Upon check-in, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
• The certificate can be returned if you canceled your reservation through our reservation service only with the written consent of the hotel representatives no later than 10 days before the date of arrival. In this case, 100% of the cost of the certificate is refunded.
• 50% of the cost of the paid certificate is refunded if the booking is canceled at least 5 days in advance.
• In case you have a hotel reservation at full cost, you cannot take advantage of the promotional offer.
