How to use a certificate?
The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- Services are provided as usual.
- The offer is relevant only for new clients or clients who have not attended school for more than 6 months.
- Before purchasing a certificate, check the availability of free places in the desired group.
- One client can personally use only one certificate.
- A doctor's certificate is required (the certificate is valid for 3 months).
- Pre-registration is required.
- You must activate the certificate by attending the first lesson during the certificate validity period.
Subscription validity:
- 4 lessons - 1 month.
- 8 lessons - 1 month.
- 16 lessons - 2 months.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Certificate discounts are not cumulative with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, you need to present a printed certificate or an electronic certificate.
- Give the last digit of the certificate (activation code) only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered to be provided, and the certificate cannot be returned.
- The duration of one lesson is 45 minutes.
- To visit the pool, you must have a swimming cap, non-slippery changeable shoes and swimming goggles.
- Take a shower before and after swimming.
- For subscriptions for 8 visits (groups for babies) it is possible to postpone 1 lesson, for subscription for 16 visits - 2 lessons.
